Pace Training operates from a private home studio in Beckingham, just outside Gainsborough. It’s fully equipped and offers a welcoming, low-pressure environment to train in.

❓ I’m a complete beginner — will your sessions be too hard?

Not at all. My sessions are built around your current fitness level. Whether you're just starting out or returning after a break, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build confidence step by step.

❓ What’s included in the consultation?

The consultation is a chance to chat through your goals, past experiences, injuries (if any), and what you're hoping to get from training. It’s relaxed, informal, and helps us build the right plan for you.

❓ Can I train with a friend or partner?

Yes! I offer 2-1 sessions, which are great for motivation, accountability, and making training more fun. Ideal for friends, couples, or family members.

❓ How does online coaching work?

Online clients receive fully personalised weekly workouts through the FitR app, complete with movement demos, notes, and ongoing check-ins. It’s like having a coach in your pocket — perfect if you train at your own gym or at home.

❓ Do I need any equipment?

For in-person sessions — no, everything is provided at the studio.

For online or at-home training, we can build your plan around the equipment you have (or don’t have). Even bodyweight-only plans are available.

❓ How much do sessions cost?

Pricing varies depending on the service

- 6-week beginner programs are a one-off

❓ Is your dog really there during sessions?

Yes! Kobe is often around. He’s friendly, calm, and usually just chilling in his crate Most clients love having him there (and he loves the company too).
